Sergent Anders Anger is a grumpy man. Few things can make him happy and the slightest things can set him off. Anders is normally observing and judging his subordinates, so his anger relatively stationary. Anders can be seen griping over soldiers' excersizing form, or projecting his own frustrations with life onto the recruits. Anders used to be bullied for his large forehead. Anders often keeps his hands behind is back or fingers together, seemingly authoritative positions. Maybe Anders is trying to ignore the fact that he has no power nor control over his life outside of the military.
